FAQs

  • How long do you require my vehicle for?

We will require your vehicle for two days to allow for drying time. If this is a problem please let us know and we can try make plans that's best for you.

  • Do you take the wheels off?

Unfortunately this isn't something we do.

  • Do you remove any wheel arch liners?

We do not remove any wheel arch liners, however you are more than welcome to remove any parts before hand.

  • Overspray?

Due to the nature of wax-oyl being messy, unfortunately overspray happens.  I wear ear defenders, mask and a suit. We wash the vehicle once the wax-oyl has been completed to remove the overspray. We then go round the vehicle again with a chamois.

  • I have coloured suspension/callipars please can you not spray them?

Certainly! Anything that you do not wish to be sprayed with wax-oyl please let us know and we can cover them parts up.

  • Do you take the spare wheel off?

Upon request, please show us how to remove it once you get here, this is also to make sure no bolts are seized.

Please feel free to take the wheel off before-hand.

If you do leave the spare wheel on, please note there may be overspray.

Once you put the spare wheel back on, there's wax-oyl on the chassis therefore it could transfer.

  • How often do i require a top up?

This can all depend on the age and condtion of your vehicle as well as how often you use the vehicle. It also depends on the weather condtion you're driving it in.

We reccommend 1.5-2 years on older vehicles and 2-3 years on newer vehicles.

However, once we've seen the condition of your vehicle on the day we can give you more details.
